What's the minimum rental order for delivery?
We have a minimum order amount of $500.
How far in advance should I reserve my rentals?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak seasons (spring and fall). Popular items and weekends tend to fill quickly.
Can I make changes to my order after booking?
Changes are allowed up to a certain point before your event. When you place your order, we’ll provide a deadline for adjustments.
What happens if it rains on the day of my outdoor event?
We recommend having a weather backup plan in place. CHEERS offers tent rentals and can help you choose one that fits your space and guest count. If the forecast changes, we’ll work with you to adjust delivery timing and make sure everything stays on track.
